Start arresting artists who don’t perform after getting paid – Bulldog

Bullgod

Artist manager Lawrence Nana Asiamah Hanson well known as Bulldog has urged event organizers and promoters to arrest artists who fail to perform after getting paid.

Bulldog is of the opinion that artists who deliberately ignore performances at events after receiving payments are criminals and must be made to face the music.

In an interview on Hitz FM on Tuesday 9th August 2022, Bulldog shared his opinion on the arrest of Nigerian artist Kizz Daniel by Tanzanian police yesterday evening.

Kizz Daniel was picked up by the Tanzania police after he refused to perform at an event where fans were reported to have paid a whooping $5,000 for a table just to watch him perform. Reports say that angry fans caused havoc after the artist refused to honor the invitation.

The organizers of the Summer Amplified Show in Tazania arrested the Buga hitmaker for failing to perform at the publicized show.

Reacting to the incident, Bulldog disclosed that he supports the action the organizers took and urged other organizers to emulate it.

“It is a scam for a musician to take the money and not show up to perform. We have to start arresting people here in Ghaba”, he indicated.
