Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti leads the pack as UEFA released the shortlist for the top award.
Carlo Ancelotti, Pep Guardiola and Jürgen Klopp are the top three nominees for the 2021/22 UEFA Men’s Coach of the Year award.
The winner will be named along with the UEFA Men’s Player of the Year and Women’s Player and Coach of the Year during the 2022/23 UEFA Champions League group stage draw ceremony in Istanbul on Thursday 25 August.
