The Ghana Football Association has cut the sod for the construction of the betPawa Park at the Ghamaman Centre of Excellence at Prampram.
The project is one of the investments the Premier League headline sponsor betPawa — a leading sports betting company in Ghana is undertaking for the Football Association for the next three seasons.
The betPawa Park will be a standard FIFA pitch capable of hosting International matches, a changing room, VIP stand and a sitting capacity worth $300,000 per year.
The ground breaking event was led by President Simeon-Okraku and shareholder Oluwatosin Ajibade alongside the GFA Executive Council, staff of the Ghana Football Association and the media.
The project is expected to take off in September.
