Manchester United has recorded a hard fought 3-1 victory at the expense of Arsenal at Old Trafford, halting the Gunners 100% start to the season with breathtaking display.

Arsenal looked very much the better side from the outset, dominating possession and dictating the pace of the game with Gabriel Jesus and Gabriel Martinelli a constant threat upfront.
However the host took the lead five minutes after the half hour mark when Anthony curled his shot around Aaron Ramsdale against the run of play but Arsenal leveled midway through the second half courtesy of a Bukari Saka’s fine finish.
But just after six minutes Bruno Fernandes put Marcus Rashford through with a sublime pass and the England forward finished superbly to bring United back on top.
From there Arsenal appeared to be well in control until Rashford doubled his tally from a devastating counter-attack to enable Erik ten Hag’s charges cruised towards the finishing line with a comfortable margin.
