Kumasi Asante Kotoko are set to take on Burkinabe counterpart RC Kadiogo in the second leg of the CAF Champions league preliminary round at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Sunday.
Ahead of the game Head Coach of Kumasi Asante Kotoko Seydou Zerbo has in a prese conference spoke about the absence of Prolific striker Frank Mbella Etouga.
Seydou Zerbo says the absence of Mbella will not affect the team soo much because he did not play in the first leg.
“Asante Kotoko is a big club and if Mbella isn’t around,that doesn’t mean the club won’t be there. I heard he’s is an important player but I didn’t work with him but I believe those who won in Benin can equally step up for the club.”
Kumasi Asante Kotoko scored a vital away goal Courtsey Isaac Oppong which means they have a narrow advantage over their opponents going into the second leg on Sunday.
