Kwaw Kese

Legal Practitioner Sulley Sambian hold the view that Dancehall Artiste Shatta Wale born Charles Nii Armah Mensah could be charged as an accomplice to the murder of Fennec Okyere only if it’s established that the persons he is accusing of committing the crime committed the crime.

Shatta Wale in one of his rants on social with his former Manager Bulldog, disclosed that he had information on the murder of Fennec Okyere.

He said Bulldog walked him through how he planned the assassination and will be willing to divulge every detail to the Police and the court if he is invited.

The Police later in a statement indicated that Shatta Wale has been invited and I cooperating with their new department, The Cold Department to help resolve the unresolved crime which has been under investigation since 2014.

Speaking to MyNewsGh.com in an interview on the developing story, Lawyer Sulley Sambian indicated that Shatta Wale can only be charged as an accomplice when it’s established that Bulldog and the “his people” committed the heinous crime.

“So he can only be an accomplice if it is established that the ones he’s accusing committed the offense. In that case, he’s an accessory after the fact…like he failed to report a felony that came to his attention after it had been committed…More like shielding criminals,” the Lawyer said.

Fennec Okyere was killed in his residence on March 14, 2014.

After he was killed, Bulldog was picked up by the Police as the prime suspect in the murder case. After several months of dealing with the court, he was released because the Police could not establish the fact that he was behind the murder Kwaw Kese’s later Manager.
