Young sensational artist Black Sherif has expressed his gratitude to American musician Akon for acknowledging him.
Recall that American musician Akon during an interview with BBC Radio 1Xtra sentiments to his host British TV personality Zeze Millz, the rapper described Black Sherif as a ‘monster’; adding that he reminded him of his young self.
“Black Sherif is a monster. He reminds me so much of myself,” Akon said.
The Kwaku The Traveler hitmaker during an interview with Graphic Showbiz said, “such comments will urge me to do more. I have received such comments from superstars like Snoop Dogg but I am not allowing all that to get to my head”.
Black Sherif further added that such compliments from big stars humble him rather than make him feel proud. He added that the world is about to see great things from him.
“I see them as compliments and challenge for me to do more. Black Sherif is just starting, and Ghanaians and the world are about to experience something spectacular from me”.
