Mother’s Day is a celebration honoring the mother of the family or individual, as well as motherhood, maternal bonds, and the influence of mothers in society. It is celebrated on different days in many parts of the world, most commonly in the months of March or May.
Obaatanpa Radio observed this years Mother’s Day by gifting some loyal listeners special presents.
This move was to appreciate mothers for their tremendous contribution in our lives.
The Kasoa based radio station noted for connecting to their listeners and community at large through events, seized this opportunity to once again demonstrate their love for their patrons.
Some of the prizes were blender, clothes, Ice Chests, Electric Iron etc.
The winners expressed their joy on live radio after receiving the gifts.
