Member of Parliament for Awutu Senya East, Hon. Mrs. Mavis Hawa Koomson, has yet again demonstrated her support for the Awubia Festival in Ofaakor, Kasoa.
Her campaign manager, Mr Emmanuel Affram Anim led a delegation of Constituency executives including chairman Yaw Darkwah, to the Nai Odupong Palace in Ofaakor-Kasoa to donate various items such as Bags Of Rice, Cooking Oil, Packs Of Water, Assorted drinks, as well as an undisclosed amount of money in an envelope as contribution to this year’s Awubia Festival.
The chiefs, in expressing their gratitude acknowledged the ongoing support they received from the MP and Prayed for her and the team to continue to reign. They touted Mrs. Koomson as a true daughter of the Palace.
Earlier in the day, on behalf of Hon Mrs. Mavis Hawa Koomson, a team led by the constituency Youth Organizer Bernard Nana Orko Hene, also known as Nana 1, his Deputy, Veronica Akosua Yeboah and other constituency executives participated in a walk with the youth of Odupong Ofakor.
A Set of football Jerseys and a football, along with water and other refreshment items were presented to the Odupong Heroes.
