The former Ghana international has advised Mohammed Kudus to choose Saudi Arabia’s mouth-watering $150 million offer over joining Manchester City or Liverpool.
Kudus is currently one of the bright talents in the world but his club West Ham United is hoping to cash-in on him big time before the 2024/25 Premier League commences.
However, reports suggest Al-Ittihad is preparing a weighty offer of around $150 million along with an assured weekly salary of $300,000 for the Ghanaian midfielder.
But, Tagoe has advised the 23-year-old not to let Saudi Arabia’s huge offer go, which will allow him to make enough money before returning to Europe.
“Kudus should prioritize what’s best for him and his family. If he chooses Saudi Arabia, he’ll find that the league is more challenging than people perceive,” he said on Angel TV.
The former Al-Ettifaq striker added: “The Saudi league has always been competitive, even if it hasn’t always garnered much global attention.”
