The Ghana Institute of Surveyors(GHIS) has called for the legalization and enforcement to help solve all their systematic challenges.
To them the passage of the Surveying Council bill will help regulate Surveying practice in the country and and also ensure that non-Surveyors do not provide technical advice on land and land administrative matters.
President of the Ghana Institute of Surveyors, Surv Dr. John Amaglo said there is the need for Government, Religious Bodies, financial institutions and land owners to partner with the institution in delivering quality service.
The President made this assertion at the 17th Surveyors and 33rd Annual General Meeting press briefing under the theme Emerging Global Technologies implementations for the Surveying Practice in Ghana.
