The actress and socialite claim she was motivated by health concerns while deciding to have the operation.
The accompanying caption said that she would also need more procedures to fix her dislocated knee and remove a mole.

A hair transplant and the excision of some moles or anything like that have been added to the list of medical procedures that I need to have done on me.

Afia said that recovery time from the operation will be a few weeks and that she would keep her online community apprised of her progress.
