Rio Ferdinand used an extract from Akrobeto’s Real News to express his mood about Manchester United’s mauling at the hands of Brentford on day two of the new season of the English Premier League.
Brentford defeated the English giant by four unanswered goals all of which were scored in the first half. In effect, United are bottom of the Premier League, for the first time since August 1992 when the first title season of the Sir Alex Ferguson era briefly backfired.
Rio, a former captain of the team was amused about how things have gone from bad to worse at the club since the departure of Sir Alex Fergurson in 2013.
Rio wrote;
“This is what I’m being sent from people who support league 1 & 2 teams…..it’s over for me!!!”
