Famed journalist Nana Aba Anamoah has suggested that Minister of State in Charge of Finance, Charles Adu Boahen is greedy, childish and boastful. Her subtle jab comes after the latest exposé by investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas which implicates Mr Adu-Boahen in alleged influence peddling.
Anas Aremeyaw Anas put a piece out on how the Minister accepted money to facilitate the establishment of some businesses in Ghana by some supposed Arab investors. While Mr Adu-Boahen is yet to react to the allegations, many including Nana Aba Anamoah have reacted.
“A childish braggart. That one. They flash dollars at you then you start yobbing plenty. That’s what greed does to you,” she posted on social media.
Even though she did not mention him by name, circumstantial evidence clearly suggests that she is referring to Mr Adu-Boahen.
