Any graduate who enters into farming is a fool – Kennedy Agyapong causes stir with wild comments

Ken Agyapong

Scores of graduates are disgusted at the recent comments by presidential aspirant, Hon. Kennedy Agyapong.

The member of parliament sat in an interview with joy news to discuss a variant of issues facing the country, including unemployment.

In the video, the MP said anyone could say whatever they want, but his take is the real thing.

He further claimed that anyone making money in Accra yet deciding to go into farming would not be successful.

The interviewer challenged him by stating that successful farmers have been in business for decades.

Still, Kennedy Agyapong rebutted forcefully, challenging the interviewer to name just one example to disprove his claim.

Furthermore, he stated that they were some large-scale farmers in the past, but their businesses collapsed before our eyes.

Instead, the MP suggests that graduates educate themselves and work for a living rather than counting on farming.

In his view, farmers will always remain poor and unsuccessful.

Meanwhile, Ghanaians have reacted with outrage over the comments, as they labeled Kennedy Agyapong the worst mistake Ghanaians will ever make if voted to become a president.
