The Campaign Manager of Hawa Koomson and Deputy CEO of Coastal Development Authority, Mr. Emmanuel Afram Anim has jabbed Former President Mahama for instigating violence among NDC members.
According to the renown Politician, the Former President Mahama who is the NDC’s Flagbearer stated emphatically that the NDC are the best when it comes to Electoral violence and this statement has motivated most members of the NDC to always engage in political and Electoral violence.
Former President John Dramani Mahama asked the ruling New Patriotic Party not to take the ‘leniency’ of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to ‘its weakness’.
He said the NDC are experts in ‘unleashing violence’ and that if the ruling “government cannot protect our people, we will advise ourselves”.
The former President was reacting to a clash that occurred at the Ayawaso West Wuogon constituency (Bawaleshie Presby School polling centre ) during its by-election on Thursday which saw NPP’s Lydia Ahassan as the winner.
In view of this, the Chairman of the NDC in the Central Region, Prof. Kofi Asiedu also in a press conference recently affirmed that the NDC are indeed experts in Electoral violence.
Reacting these statements following the stabbing incident of Hawa Koomson’s son Ato Koomson at Kasoa EC’s office, Mr. Anim in an interview on Obaatanpa Radio blamed the leaders of the NDC for always motivating their party folks to indulge in violent attacks.
He said” Mahama is the cause of all these violent attacks in Ghana in our Electoral process and such person must not be tolerated and voted to power”.
“Mahama is a Satan and Naa Koryoo is a witch, so both of them are of the same level with demonic spirits instigating violence among NDC members” he added.
