Driver and his mate are reported to be in critical condition as cargo truck transporting soft drinks with the registration number GR 5141 -P from Accra to Tarkwa was involved in Fatal Accident at Gomoa Potsin in the Gomoa East District of central region.
According to eyewitnesses account, the shaft of the the cargo truck got broken at the section of the Highway which forced the truck to somersault and finally veered off the road .
The accident caused serious vehicular traffic until Awutu Breku police Accident Control Unit intervene and make sure the highway was cleared
The Driver and mate were rushed to Winneba Trauma and Specialize hospital for treatment.
