Nananom in Gomoa Fetteh Traditional council in the Gomoa East l have registered their displeasure and dissatisfaction against the church of Pentecost for disrespecting the traditional authorities in the area.
According to the chief of Gomoa Fetteh Nana Abori Attah ii who addressed the media, said The Pentecost Convention center dwells on Fetteh Land but the authorities of the church of Pentecost have totally neglected the traditional rulers over years.
He emphasized that, although Pentecost church acquired the Pentecost Convention center land from 21st century Estate but Nananom are the custodian owners of the area and needs to be recognized in every event the church organizes hence the call.
Nananom said several programs has been organized at the center including recent national development conference which brought members of parliament, former presidents, vice president, chiefs and other prominent personalities yet they refused to invite the custodian owners of the land which they believe is deliberate attempt by the church of Pentecost.
Nana Abori Attah ii has given the authorities of church of Pentecost Apostle Eric Nyamekye two weeks ultimatum to appear before Nananom or face their wrath.
He mentioned this to Mireku Nyampong in a press conference .
