Two men are currently battling for their life after some thugs allegedly to be Landguards ambushed them at Kasoa Ofaakor Hills in the Awutu Senya East Municipality of the Central Region.
According to the one of the victims, the alleged Landguards ambushed them during their visit to a land site and stabbed them multiple times.
Narrating the incident, one of the Victim Mr. Ntiamoah Ahenkorah who is the care-taker of the land explained that, the suspected Landguards who are believed to be associated with one man called Nai Atopi confronted them asked them to follow them to Nai Atopi’s residence but they victims refused, this resulted in anger on the side of the Landguards, physically assaulted them and later pulled out a knife and injured them (victims).
The victims are thus calling on the Central East Police Command the Ghana Police Service as a whole to expedite actions to arrest the suspect and put him before the law court for Justice to prevail.
The victims have been rushed to the hospital receiving treatment. One of the victims is at the Kasoa Polyclinic whilst the other one has been sent to the St. Jude Hospital receiving medical attention.
