Paul Adom Otchere has praised popular political Cartoonist Tilapia for his creativity and subtle way of using cartoon characters to express his views and disagreements on topical issues that bother on National development.
“As for the cartoon, it’s allowed, I’m happy with it. The Tilapia guy is creative and does it quite a bit. I would employ him, come and work for me’ Paul Adom said on his show.
Mr. Paul Adom Otchere also urged Tilapia to look in his own backyard and make a cartoon of Captain smart.
“I want Tilapia to work for me, because some people who drink Akpeteshie, quarter to 6 in the morning. I want him to cartoon that one with Akpeteshie and then Black Rasta sitting with his hands banging on the table”
