A fan has been confirmed dead by the Comoros Football Federation after he was shot by Police during Tuesday’s World Cup Qualifier against Ghana.
A statement by the Comoros Football Federation said six other fans sustained varying degrees of injuries after police clashed with a section of local fans at the Stade de Moroni.

The Federation has subsequently condemned the brutal attack on fans, pledging its support to the affected families.
Comoros Police are yet to comment on the development since the incident was reported.
