The Lumba Brothers- a defunct group formerly made up of two legends- Nana Acheampong & Daddy Lumba are set to ‘clash’ at the 2022 KAB-FAM Legends Night.
The event is slated for January 1, 2023, at the Grand Arena, Accra International Conference Center. The duo pioneered Burger Highlife in the early 80s and 90s as a group until they embarked on solo projects which spawned individual success.
Years after their separation, KAB-FAM is bringing them back as a unit to give revellers a trip down their rich catalogue in a night expected to explode with fun wrapped in nostalgia.
Another Highlife Legend, Oheneba Kissi, would mount the stage to throw his support behind them.
The organisers have revealed that there would be some surprises on the night as other artists are expected to grace the occasion.
In other showbiz news, Stonebwoy has shared a controversial post in a new update online and because it’s fraught with innuendoes, netizens have apportioned different interpretations to it.
After making Ghana proud when he was selected as the only Ghanaian to perform at the FIFA Fan Festival to draw the curtains down at Qatar World Cup, the Bhim Nation boss mentioned that an artist(s) who is in secret competitions with him has lost the battle because he has a clean heart.
“2023 in their faces…they’ve lost all the secret competitions. Don’t play with clean heart people, you will lose. God loves them especially!!” Stonebwoy posted.
The above quote has been decoded as a shade to Shatta Wale, his biggest rival in the music industry.
