Deputy CODA boss commissions 10-seater ultramodern toilet facility for Amuzu-kope cluster of schools

The Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Coastal Development Authority (CODA), Mr Emmanuel Kojo Affram Anim has today 22nd February, 2021 commissioned a ten (10) seater ultramodern Water Closet toilet facility with solar panel at Amuzu-Kope Cluster of Scools in the Awutu Senya East Constituency in the Central Region.

The world state of the art toilet facility forms part of the numerous projects the constituency has benefited from the government of His Excellency Akufo-Addo through the One Million Dollar Per Constituency Initiative, an initiative which was spearheaded by the then Minister for Special Development Initiatives, and Member of Parliament for Awutu Senya East Constituency, Hon. Mavis Hawa Koomson.

Commissioning the project, Mr Emmanuel Kojo Affram Anim urged the School Authority to cultivate a culture of maintenance in ensuring that they make good use of the facility.

According the Deputy CODA boss, a facility like this would impair before its stipulated life span because of the failure to take good care of it.

The Deputy CEO further commended the MP for the area, Hon Mavis Hawa Koomson, who is now a Minister in charge of Fisheries and Aquaculture Development for her dedication to the course development of the constituency because it was during her time as a sector minister that the project was initiated.
