Sarkodie is set to expand his rap territory by eyeing an international beef with Nigeria’s finest MI Abaga or Cassper Nyovest from South Africa.
The Ghanaian rapper who is regarded as the best MC on the continent revealed this in a recent conversation with Emmanuel Sandyman, also known as Fire Stick, a Ghanaian socialite living in the UK.
Sarkodie made it clear to them throughout their talk that he will never engage in combat with any upcoming rapper from Ghana who directly or indirectly confronts him.
The honcho of Sark Nation suggested that his supremacy and legacy in Ghana are now unquestionable which is why he needs stiff competition from other rappers on the continent.
According to him, “I feel you only respond when you’re not sure of your [superior] position.”
When the host cited the South African rap act also, Cassper Yyovest, he responded “Cassper, yeah.”
Expressing why he will take on the rappers mentioned, Sark with his hands in the air demonstrated the said rappers are of a “higher level”. He explained that “no disrespect [to other rappers] but let’s be realistic, business wise.”
