Residents at domeabra and Denchira in the GA South Municipality of Greater Accra has crashed with some police and Landguards following forceful evacuation from their homes.
According to the aggrieved residents, they were there this morning when over 300 Landguards came with police and started parking their things out from their rooms.
The residents said, an estate developer whose name is F.K Asare said he has won judgement from human right court which today he stormed the two communities with over 300 Landguards from Niger and police from Accra Regional Command to evacuate the people from their rooms.
Meanwhile, some of the residents said the F.K Asare has lost the case in Supreme court which the court has ordered him to stay away from the community lands.

This exercise has sparked tension between the residents, police and the Landguards in the community.
The stranded residents are therefore calling on IGP, Interior Minister the government to intervene since they don’t want to take the law into their own hands.
However, in an interview with the Assemblyman of Denchira Domeabre Electoral Area, Hon. Ebenezer Aheto condemned the act and calling on authorities to intervene.
