Gomoa Chiefs Calls For Peace, Unity And Oneness To Enhance Dev’t As Over 5O Chiefs Swear To Gomoa Fetteh Chief

In order to be acknowledged as legitimate Chiefs, Queenmothers, and Family heads in and around Gomoa Fetteh, more than 50 indigenous people from different families and communities who are under the Gomoa Fetteh Stool have sworn an oath to the Gomoa Fetteh Stool Chief, Nana Abori Attah(ii).

Yesterday, the Gomoa Fetteh Community embraced peace and unity in support of improving development and Nananom’s aspirations to open doors for work opportunities for young people during a colorful program that drew everyone together.

Addressing newly sworn-in Odikros, queenmothers, and Family Heads, Nana Okofo Amiresi Okai Annan, the Sumankwaahene of the Gomoa Akyempim Traditional Council, asked them to come and serve rather than to come and abuse the power bestowed upon them because the entire traditional council needs peace, unity, and oneness to develop Gomoa communities.

According to him, Nananom will not in any manner accommodate Odikros who may appear and place their shoulders above Nananom in future traditional councils.

Mireku Nyampong of Obaatanpa News chatted with Nana Okofo Amiresi Okai Annan.

As the Gomoa Fetteh Community gets ready to celebrate this year’s Ahobaakese Festival (Akosolonba), Nana Abori Attah, the chief of Gomoa Fetteh, has called on everyone to give their fair share.

Meanwhile, the newly appointed Boundary Chief (Oshihene) for the Gomoa Fetteh Stool, Nana Ahor Annan(ii), also known as Nii B)k)))))))))))))))), has pledged to conduct land guard operations in the region and to safeguard the Gomoa Fetteh territories in a peaceful manner.
