Graveyard Controversy: Mills’s Family Demand Immediate Relocation of Tomb To Hometown

Family of the late President John Evans Atta Mills are disgusted by the controversy that has surrounded his graveyard. The family who have denied any foreknowledge about the renovation of the late president’s tomb are also demanding an immediate relocation of the remains of the late President to his hometown.

Speaking to Obaatanpa News Mireku Nyampong family members of the Late John Evans Atta Mills mentioned that they only learnt about the renovation of the late president’s tomb through the media courtesy the great controversy ensuing between a brother of the late President, Samuel Atta Mills and Koku Anyidoho.

The family say, they received no information prior to the renovation and describes it as sacrilegious since they would have performed some rituals.

The family is also demanding for the immediate relocation of the remains of the former President to his hometown, Ekumfi Otuam in the central region.

They believe that would help end the controversies and have the name of the venerable Professor sanctified given his peaceful nature and humility even as President before his demise.
