According to the Liverpool Echo, former Liverpool player Jamie Carragher has slammed Kylian Mbappe for disrespecting Paris Saint-Germain, just hours after Fabrizio Romano stated that the French winger’s relationship with the French club has deteriorated and that he wants to leave the club as soon as possible.
Jamie Carragher, who is not pleased to hear Kylian Mbappe complain after signing a new contract to extend his stay at PSG, denying Real Madrid the chance to sign him for free in the summer, stated that the French star cannot dictate for the club because he is untouchable.
Jamie Carragher also accused Kylian Mbappe of remaining silent whenever he is at the centre of a controversy, and of using the press to express his discontent with the club.
According to Sky Sports, Kylian Mbappe is unhappy at Paris Saint-Germain following a recent outburst with manager Christophe Galtier in which he accused the French manager of being the reason why he hasn’t lived up to expectations this season. The French winger is said to be unhappy with the manager’s decision to use him as a striker rather than through the wing on match days.
According to BT Sports Journalist Lauren Julien, Kylian Mbappe is also unhappy working with Neymar Jr and Lionel Messi at Paris Saint-Germain because he is jealous of their achievements this season.
Kylian Mbappe is currently the highest-paid footballer in the world, earning £72 million per week before taxes.
