Reports reaching the desk of Obaatanpa Radio indicates that popular legendary high-life musician, Alfred Benjamin Crentsil, popularly known as A.B. Crentsil has passed away.
He died at age 76.
So far, there’s little information about the true cause of his death but we’ve been reliably informed that he died in the early hours of today after battling with kidney inflammation for years.

As a reminder, AB Crentsil has over the years shown a lot of substance and received appreciation and admiration largely for his controversial lyrics.
He has also won several Excellence Awards including the Fontomfrom Evergreen Award, which is a special honor bestowed upon a musician with 15-20 years of continuous music experience.
