Hon. Haruna Iddrisu, former minority leader, has spoken for the 1st time after he was changed as the minority leader.
In contributing to a motion on the floor of Parliament, the former said he’s not interested in taking Alhaji Collins Dauda, Asutifi south MP’s seat, because Collins Dauda is his senior in terms of age as well as years in Parliamentary practice.
Therefore as someone who has received proper training from home, he won’t do a such thing.
However, which ever seat the new minority leadership wants to offer him, he would gladly accept it. He maintained that he is still the elected Member of Parliament for Tamale South.
He made these remarks while seating on NPP (majority) side of the house, specifically on Joseph Osei Wusu, Bekwai MP’s seat.
