I make 6,000ghc as a teacher – Ecuador based Ghanaian madam

A Ghanaian lady by the name of Mercy recently discussed the circumstances behind how she found herself working as a teacher in Ecuador.

In the video that was discovered on SVTV Africa’s YouTube channel, Mercy is heard stating that she earns more than Ghc5,970 per year working as a teacher in Ecuador.

The instructor continued to elaborate on her background by relating that when she graduated from the Catholic University College of Ghana, she was unable to find work in her field.

Her mother, who had a company selling flour, decided to provide a helping hand by handing over one of her stores to her daughter to run and allowing her to retain the profits. Unfortunately, the shop was not very lucrative.

After some time, she was given the chance to work as a teacher in Cote D’Ivoire, where she remained until a friend suggested that she apply for a teaching position in Ecuador.

She accomplished that, went through the interview process, and performed quite well. According to Sandra, she started off making $150 (or 1,492 Ghana cedis), but she is now making well over $600 a month (Ghc5,970).
