Founder and CEO of Wonda World Estates and Petronia City Development Company Ltd, Nana Kwame Bediako Cheddar has claimed that he started his real estate company with just a plot of land.
According to reports, Cheddar popularly known as Freedom Caesar is the son of Ghanaian business mogul and real estate magnate, Nana Kwame Bediako,r, and a nephew to accomplished petroleum and real estate investor, Kwaku Ofosu Bediako.
Cheddar is known for his philanthropic works and his wealth. Many people have wondered about the source of his money and how he started. Cheddar opened up on his experience as a Chief Executive Officer (CEO)during a presentation at Ghana CEO Summit conference.
Sharing his experience, Cheddar disclosed that he developed the idea of going into the real estate business when he was able to build two houses on just a single plot of land. He disclosed that that’s how it birth his project” Kwarleyz Residence”.
Advising the youth of Ghana, Cheddar said that with diligence and perseverance, one can accomplish their visions and goals.
Cheddar is one of the wealthiest men in Ghana and his 40-apartment at the Kwarleyz residence in the Airport Residential Area is one of the most talked-about.
