Ghanaian actor Adjetey Anang has revealed that he was paid an amount of 25 cedis per episode for his role in ‘Things We Do For Love’.
Adjetey Anang, who played the lead character ‘Pusher’ a streetwise hustler who fell in love with actress Jackie Appiah in the 1999 hit TV series, said that amount was a huge figure back in the day.
“It was 25 Cedis per episode,” he started. “ That was in 1999.”
He mentioned to Giovani that he was young and reckless so he could not save a penny from the amount he made.
“ It wasn’t that much I mean we were students and the little was okay for us but then as of the time it was more of the passion of being on TV.”
