Water crises in Kasoa has forced the residents of Kasoa Asempa, peacetown to cook with pure water and bath with stagnant water.
According to the residents, the pipe has not been flowing for almost a year now which they have no option than to use pure water to cook and bath with unhygienic stagnant water.
In an interview, some residents said, they sometimes cut some part of the water wholes before they get water.
Some also said, they sometimes buy water from water selling cars which is also too expensing.
They said, due to that they gave no option than buying pure water to cook and bath with the stagnant water which is now given them strange diseases on their skin.
The residents therefore calling on the Member of Parliament, Hon. Phillis Naa Koryoo to find solution to the problem.
However, opinion leader who doubles as Deputy chairman for landlords association at Peacetown, Mr. Asante Atta said, the community is facing serious water crises and he and his Executives have reported to Ghana water company for solution.
Meanwhile, Samuel Duodu, who is organizer for Asempa landlords association with support other members assault Nana Ansah, Oyerepa tv correspondent for interviewing the residents on the issue, saying that the residents are disgracing the Member of Parliament, Hon. Phillis Naa Koryoo.
