Barely two years, the gov’t of Ghana for obvious reasons banned the public premiering of the widely publicized movie dubbed Freedom and Justice by Kobi Rana.

The movie which talks about Politics and the fight against corruption was expected to premiere across the country.

Kafui Danku who is cast in the movie made this known in a post she shared on her social media at that time.

According to her, the Ghana Tourism Authority sent letters to the venues for the public showing and also used security to lock down the venues to prevent the premier of the movie.

She indicated that 2,154 tickets had been sold for public viewing but with the intervention of the government the premiere of Freedom and Justice cannot take place.

Two years down the line, all is set for the public premiere of Kobi Rana’s banned movie “Freedom and Justice” in Greater Kumasi.

The public premiere of “Freedom and Justice” will take place simultaneously at Golden City Mall (Golden Eagle Cinema) and SG Mall (Royal View Cinema) between the hours of 6pm, 8pm and 10pm respectively.

Tickets are going for a cool price of 50ghc at the premises.
