The London Stock Exchange told CNN that “due to a third-party technical issue, we are currently experiencing an impact to our real-time platforms, which is preventing clients from accessing and receiving data.”
The disruption is affecting the LSE’s news service and FTSE Russell real-time indexes, a spokesperson said. “Our dedicated teams are actively investigating the matter to resolve as soon as possible,” the spokesperson added.
In contrast, Euronext, the pan-European stock exchange, has avoided disruption. “Trading and market data on Euronext’s exchanges, clearing and post-trade operations are not impacted. Euronext is closely monitoring the situation,” it said.
