The Nanaom and the youth of Kokrobite have called on the President of Ghana, His Excellency John Dramani Mahama to consider awarding the Ga South MCE position to a Person from Kokrobite land.
According to the Adontehene of Kokrobite traditional council Nii Quashie Djabun since 1992 no Kokrobite indigenous has been appointed as MCE for Ga south municipal Assembly a situation he describe as worrying and very pathetic.
In an interview at a Press conference, the Adontehene of Kokrobite traditional council Nii Quashie Djabun appeals to the president John Dramani Mahama to consider Nii Saka Allotey as Ga south municipal chief executive.
He furthermore said that, those people who have been appointed as MCE for Ga south for the previous time are not indigenous of Ga land hence the appeal to the president John Dramani to consider some one from Ga land.
