The National Communications Authority (NCA) has debunked claims that MTN is expensive because it has been declared as a Significant market power.
According to the NCA, declaring MTN as a Significant Market Power is in line with their mandate of ensuring fair competition and safeguarding Consumer interest.
It added that declaring MTN as a Significant Market Power was not to stifle MTN’s operations.
