A report circulating online says that the former television presenter Gloria Akpene Nyarku-Acquah well known as MzGee pranked her former media house with her resignation.
Recall that MzGee resgined from TV3 and 3FM after a year of joining the media platform. MzGee left Multimedia and joined Media General in 2019. In 2020 resigned from Media General and disclosed her next step.
Her exit was announced by the management of the media platform; “Management of the Media General Group wishes to announce the resignation of Gloria Akpene Nyarko popularly known as MzGee effective 25th October 2021,” the statement said.
In a recent development, blogger Aba the Great has shared the reason why MzGee resigned from TV3. According to her, management did some changes on her television show she angered the journalist and tendered her resignation, hoping management would have a sit-down talk with her but the prank went wrong as management issued a statement for her exit.

She got upset about changes made on a show she was supposed to run on tv3, she tenders her resignation letter, hoping management will beg but all they said to her was ‘Thank you. sis, stood still and began to hang around with hopes of getting positive feedback, sis was expecting some pampering and begging … na you sabi 😂😂 the fewer the merrier, Ghana hot 🥵 I hope they take her back, just tell them na play you dey play, you no mean am .. you were only testing the waters.. 😎”.
