NDC Branch Youth Organizer at Awutu Nyarkokwaa in the Awutu Senya West Constituency in the Central Region Ebenezer Akrade is in critical condition and receiving treatment at Agona Duakwa Salvation Army Hospital after Nyarkokwaa Branch Secretary Emmanuel Kweku Lartey butchered him over Ghc 400 meant for the party’s campaign
According to information, during the campaign in the last year General Election, the NDC Parliamentary Candidate who is currently the Member of Parliament for the area, Madam Gizella Tetteh gave them Ghc 400 to the branch secretary to be given to the branch Youth Organiser to share with the Youth but the secretary refused to give them the money and this sparked a serious argument between them hence the move by the Secretary to slice the back of the Youth Organizer’s neck
A resident, Joseph Obeng said, this afternoon the Youth Organizer, Ebenezer Akrade confronted the Secretary for the money when he saw the secretary going to farm, they indulged in a heated argument and in the course of it, the secretary nearly cut off the back of the Youth Organizer’s neck. The Youth Organizer was lucky because the Secretary wanted to cut later’s head.
