No Alan no vote — Tamale NPP supporters declare

Alan John Kwadwo Kyerematen, a presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has been swamped by party fans in Tamale, Northern Region.

Over the weekend, he was praised for his visit to the Region for the last burial rites of Hajia Fadila Tahidu, a well-known member of the party’s ‘Alan for President Volunteers’ program.

Alan Kyerematen was taken aback by the large crowd that greeted him when he arrived at the burial.

Among other things, fans yelled ‘No Alan, No Vote,’ ‘AlanCash Aduruso,’ and ‘AlanCash the People’s Choice.’

He was accompanied by prominent NPP members as well as former and current Members of Parliament such as Alhaji Abubakar Saddique Boniface, Gifty Klenam, Sylvester Tetteh, Kofi Capito, Ridwan Abbass, CEO of Ghana Heavy Equipment Limited and former MP for Sissala East, Alhaji Kamil, former Greater Accra Regional Nasara Coordinator, and Dr. Alhassan Samari, Board Chairman of GNPA Limited.

Others include the former Upper East Regional Minister, Yaw Buabeng Asamoah, former NPP Director of Media, Alhaji Haruna Warlord, Hopeson Adorye, a well-known member of the NPP communications team, and a slew of others.
