Ningo-Prampram Member of Parliament(MP) Sam George is of the view the New Patriotic Party (NPP) is the most sophisticated political party well versed in electoral rigging.
He said over the years, the party has perfected the art of rigging elections and if care is not taken, it will apply it in the 2024 elections to rid the NDC of its victory.
Sam George disclosed that the party has since 2008 been testing their systems and they worked to perfection in the 2016, and 2020 elections.
He argues that the NPP has no track record that will help the party break the eight like they have been preaching.
But their rigging mechanism is what the party is hoping to depend on to make history and stay in power for long.
“The NPP doesn’t have any track record to break the eight. The only track record they have is political stealing, electoral malfeasance, and rigging the election, they have perfected the machinery of rigging since 2008 when they started trying it. They tried it and it succeeded in 2016 and perfected it in 2020. So if we sit and say we have won as NDC, 2024 we can lose,” he said in an interview with Delay.
