Despite rumors to the contrary, Arsenal has confirmed that Ghanaian midfielder Thomas Partey is a part of the team traveling to the United States.
The Times reported on Wednesday morning that Partey will not be traveling to America with the Arsenal team for a preseason trip.
According to UK-based media, the 29-year-old will stay in London to improve his fitness when Mikel Arteta’s team, along with colleagues Bernd Leno and Folarin, left for America.
However, it is now official that Partey and the two players indicated above will travel with Arsenal on the preseason tour.
