A 32 year old shopper at the West Hills Mall in the Ga South Municipal in the Greater Accra Region has been beaten to death allegedly by a police officer at the mall.
The deceased Shadrach Arloo according to the family was at the mall to shop some items.
Preliminary reports suggest that the deceased was stopped by the police over theft suspicions and demanded that he present a bag he was having to be inspected.
This brew misunderstanding between the police and the deceased where he was allegedly beaten by the police until he felt and passed out.
The family is calling for justice for the death of his brother and want whoever is behind the death be dealt with.
The remains of the deceased has been deposited at the police hospital but family believes the police negligence and violation of power led to the death of Shadrack Arloo.
However, we are learning one person has been arrested for joining the police with a shocker to weaken the deceased.
