Popular Ghanaian radio and TV personality, Amanda Jissih, better known as Mandy J has revealed what made her resign from Hitz FM, a media firm under the Multimedia Group.
Speaking with Ola Micheal on Neat FM’s Y33ko fie programme and monitored by obaatanparadioonlin.com, Mandy J revealed that Prince Tsegah sabotaged her career at Hitz FM, and the support he had from Mark Okraku Mantey who was the Channel’s manager contributed to her resignation from the Multimedia Group.
According to her, Prince Don Tsegah, also known as De Don was her co-host during her Hitz FM days, and as a matter of fact, De Don saw her grow from being a little girl to a big brand in the industry. For that reason, Prince Tsegah became uncomfortable being her co-host so he wanted to be the main host, and that made him hate her.
“He is bitter! He made me very unhappy at the station, to some extent, he called my boyfriend and gossiped about me.
He’s such a Corny man….he was always unhappy seeing me behind the microphone. He had always wanted me out of the way for his selfish gains,” she said.
Mandy J added that she was involved in a car accident but a few days after, she noticed that De Don was telling the staff and the management that she lied about her accident.
She again said that she was asked to choose between GhOne and Hitzfm, she was not comfortable leaving Hitz FM but she had no option other than to leave because of the intimidations.
