Proposals in NPP’s 2024 manifesto are designed to provide solutions – Dan Botwe

The  New Patriotic Party (NPP) 2024 Campaign Chairman, Dan Botwe has stated that every promise made by the party’s flagbearer, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia through the manifesto is designed to provide solutions.

The New Patriotic Party (NPP) officially launched its manifesto for this year’s general elections on Sunday, August 18th in Takoradi, Western Region.

Dr Bawumia made some promises to Ghanaians through the manifesto. Some promises he made include; abolishing betting taxes and the popular E-levy, economic transformation and job creation, introduction of a National credit scoring system, infrastructure development, reforming health sectors, commitment to education, promising to build more schools to improve Free Senior High school, Agricultural modernisation, anti-corruption measures and many others.

Dan Botwe has described the promises of Dr Bawumia as proposals designed to provide solutions to the ongoing issues in Ghana. He added that the NPP’s manifesto has caused Ghanaians to be awake.

“The last page of our manifesto says ‘to lead is to solve’. And we say it emphatically that we have demonstrated throughout the manifesto a clear understanding of what keeps you and other Ghanaians awake.

“The proposals we laid out are designed to provide solutions to everyday issues for all Ghanaians and business community. We believe that we have a man who has dedicated his life to service of Ghana, Very humble and yet very fair, very strong in his beliefs”. He said during a media encounter on Sunday.
