Ramadan:: Npp’s Hajia Fati and Her lnvestor Donate to National Chief Imam

The leading member and a patron of the New Patriotic Party NPP Hajia Fati Amadu popularly known as “Allegation” and her Chinese investor Mr. Linguan have on Wednesday, April 20, 2022, paid a courtesy call on the National Chief Imam, Sheik Nuhu Sharubutu, at which event, they made a donation of some food items and an undisclosed amount of money.

The items donated by NPP Hajia Fati and her investor as part of their support for the Muslim Community in this period of Ramadan included several bags of rice, sugar, crates of eggs, cartons of milk, among others.

Hajia Fati Amadu used the occasion, first of all, to thank Almighty Allah for bestowing on the Leader of the Muslim Community in Ghana, His enormous blessings, long life and grace, thereby making him an embodiment of wisdom and source of hope in the national life of Ghana and beyond.

She then requested from the Chief Imam, to say special prayers for the NPP as well as the president Nana Akufo-Addo.

Moreover, the Chinese investor Mr. Linguan who donated the items with Hajia Fati noted that, as a corporate social responsibility of his company, he has considered giving back to society hence the donation.

Mr. Linguan and Hajia Fati Amadu popularly known as “Allegation” who donated motorbikes to the Ghana police service three weeks ago have pledged to support many government institutions as well as other institutions which contribute to the growth of the country.

On his part, the National Chief Imam gracefully obliged to the request and said the special prayers.

He also, through his official spokesperson, Sheik Arimiyawo off record, expressed gratitude to Hajia Fati Amadu for the donations which he said had come at the right time due to the pressure on the Office of the Chief Imam to fend for the have-nots in this period of Ramadan Fast.

He also intimated that, Hajia Fati Amadu has been very consistent in supporting the Muslim Community during Ramadan and other religious occasions .
