American rapper Rick Ross has recently purchased a luxurious mansion on Star Island in Miami Beach for $37 million.
The mansion, characterized by its unique architecture and grand entrance, spans 12,374 square feet on a 40,000-square-foot plot with 100 feet of waterfront.
It features six bedrooms, eight and a half bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, and a bay-facing primary suite. The property also includes amenities such as a heated pool, a summer kitchen, a 40-foot dock, and direct access to the bay and ocean.
This acquisition adds to Rick Ross’s extensive real estate holdings, which include homes in Texas and Atlanta. In addition, he owns NBA star Amar’e Stoudemire’s former home in Florida and the Zamunda palace featured in the movie ‘Coming 2 America’. The mansion he acquired was previously owned by boxer Evander Holyfield and was built in 1994.
Rick Ross intends to further customize the mansion to suit his personal aesthetic preferences. Star Island is known for its multimillion-dollar homes owned by prominent figures such as hedge fund billionaire Ken Griffin, Gloria and Emilio Estefan, Diddy, and Jennifer Lopez, making it a highly desirable and exclusive area.
