A few days ago, rapper Sarkodie took to social media to fire back at haters or better still critics after being trolled over an incident at the Black Star Line Festival.
The self-proclaimed landlord angrily described anyone trolling him animal (mmoa) for reasons best known to him.
Sark performed at Vic Mensa and Chance the Rapper’s Black Star Line Festival Friday night. Prior to his performance, a video surfaced of security barring him from entering.
Sarkodie and his security team had a confrontation with event security before he was eventually allowed to enter.
Ghanaians trolled Sarkodie for calling himself a landlord yet being prevented from accessing an event on his own land!
Sark apparently didn’t take it well and has jumped on social media to reply. He posted a tweet saying anyone who hates him is an animal.
“Nobody doing it like moi…forgetti an omo aa omo tan me no omoy3 mmoa,” he said.
Reacting to this, a die-hard fan of Sarkodie spotted on the street of Kumasi blasted the rapper for stooping so low considering his pedigree and status in the game.
The female fan called Deborah who was interviewed made it emphatic that Sarkodie should come out publicly and apologize for calling his critics animals as it doesn’t fit his status.
According to her, there is no Ghanaian whose playlist does not contain more than 10 Sarkodie songs, therefore, where lies the insult from the rapper?
