Contentious dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale, real name is Charles Nii Armah Mensah has finally clarified his failed relationship with Elfreda.
Elfreda, Shatta Wale’s ex-girlfriend, was allegedly Michy’s school daughter, according to speculations.
When the musician revealed his connection with Elfreda, there were suspicions that Shatta Wale’s new lady was Michy’s ex-school daughter.
Shatta Wale revealed that his ex-girlfriend Elfreda, with whom he split up a while ago, refuted the claims, claiming that none of them went to Mfantsiman Girls School and that Elfreda was never Michy’s school daughter.
“Elfreda was not really Michy’s school daughter. They just went to the same school. I think I have a thing for women who attended Mfantiman Girls. I have to go see a pastor or Mallam to wash me (laughs).”
When discussing his split with Elfreda, Shatta Wale told Andy Dosty that the strain of the “entertainment thing” was too much for his ex-girlfriend to manage.
“I didn’t even advertise her; it was her birthday and I just wished her and that was when people got to know. She (Elfreda) was into my business (Shaxi). She likes business and I like girls who think like that, but you know, entertainment things and stuff.
